However, the ARK Venture Fund Expense Ratio shown is the Net Expenses, as stated in the prospectus. The net expense ratio of 2.90% takes into account contractual fee waivers/expense reimbursements that currently are scheduled to remain in place indefinitely but may be terminated sooner by the Board of Trustees of the Fund, upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to the Adviser. Without such fee waivers/reimbursements, the performance analysis provided would not be as favorable to the Venture Fund.
